About the Author

Ever since she was little, Sara has loved coming up with stories.  She wrote her first full-length novel by the age of 12 and has never stopped since.  After attempting a more traditional (stable) job in computer science, she realized that in order to feel fulfilled she needed to pursue her passion of writing.

Sara created the trilogy Child of Ra with the idea of a web comic in mind.  She has loved reading manga and web comics for many years and felt that it was a great way to engage with her audience.  Unfortunately at that time though, she did not know how to draw.  Through many free articles and videos, she studied anatomy, color theory, foreshortening, and much more and has slowly improved to bring you the comic you see today.  You probably can notice the difference even within the first few chapters.

Sara has always loved learning and is constantly trying new things.  At the moment, she's working on learning Spanish, guitar, and whitewater kayaking.
